Vinayak was founded by Mr. Vikas Dubey and Mrs. Rashmi Dubey in January, 2000. At the time, it was a partnership firm called Vinayak Health Care. Soon after 4 years, we changed its constitution to become a private limited company. On 29th August, 2003, Vinayak Care Solutions Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. To increase prospects and to further our growth, we moved our head office to Mumbai in 2005.
For over 25 years, our primary focus has been high quality healthcare solutions made accessible to all. We pride ourselves in our distribution channels and formulations.

Vinayak Care Solutions deals in pharmaceuticals, having wide range of product in antibiotic, anti-inflammatory, injectibles, calcium, proteins, syrups, powder’s & suspensions. Our areas of operations includes madhya pradesh, maharashtra, chhattisgarh & Uttar Pradesh. The company has tied up with different manufacturers to manufacture their own brands (operating on marketed by basis) & we own twenty five trademarks.
We have dedicated team of medical representatives [mr] and area sales managers [asm] In different states meeting and calling upon the doctors, hospitals and nursing homes where they promote our products.
The doctors then prescribe those products to the patients who go to the medical store to purchase them; this way the demand is generated from the nearby or respective medical stores. The medical store [retailer] Then goes to the wholesaler or stockiest of our company to purchase the drug prescribed to the patient.
The infrastructure of marketing includes appointment of consignee agent [c&a] In a respective state who supplies further to different districts in that particular state.
And as with the changing modern times the company has decided to venture into the cardiac and diabetic range of products which offer tremendous growth and market reach. We expect to take these products to our already established market and hope introduction of these products will open new market territories for us.
